Teacher, public figure, scientist, poet. Sabyr Ibrayev was honored at the University.

On November 20, 63, Sabyr Ibrayev turned to be the director of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Research "Rukhani Zhangyru" M. Kozybayev NKSU. The leadership and teachers of the university, representatives of the regional maslikhat, the Police Department, the Council of Veterans, the Nur Otan party, the media, colleagues, associates and students gathered to congratulate the hero of the occasion.

Sabyr Ismagulovich worked for about 20 years at our university, has gone from a teacher to a Vice-Rector. Despite his venerable age, he is active and in demand: he heads the Institute of the SHI “Rukhani Zhangyru”, is a member of the regional and city onomastic commissions, an advisory body to the PD of NKR, and an information and explanatory group on religious issues. He is a candidate of historical sciences, associate professor. He is also known to the general public as the author of poetry collections, as well as scientific articles (he has more than 140 of them), monographs, and publications in the media. His colossal scientific experience and knowledge is always open to youth.

Acting Rector Yerbol Issakayev was congratulated by the honorary employee on the staff of the university, and according to the bright Kazakh tradition, he put a festive hat on the aksakal.

Many warm words were expressed by those who were fortunate enough to work with Sabyr Ismagulovich: the head of the organizational department of the regional maslikhat Arman Kabdushev, the chairman of the Association of Departments of APK universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan Anatoly Bashmakov, the head of the OP SKF party "Nur Otan" Rustem Alibekov, the chairman of the public council "ODAK" Valery Maslov and other guests.
