Spicy cuisine, bollywood songs, bright sarees: the days of Indian culture were held at the University

Within the framework of the days of Indian culture in the M. Kozybayev NKSU, the Department of the APK organized a range of activities: interactive educational lecture "Halyktanu", telling about India in three languages, optional lecture for students of all specialties "Coexistence of world and national religions in India", round table "Тhe Phenomenon of Mahatma Gandhi", "Diwali" event.

However, the culmination of the cultural presentation of this Sunny country was the Open stage "Songs and dances of India". In the foyer of the second building there were aromas of spices, national dishes were presented on the tables: sweet dish "balyushakhi", porridge with dried fruits, traditional halva. All this was prepared by the students themselves. "Our dishes are as sweet as our love for Kazakhstan" - said the guys who came to study at M. Kozybayev NKSU from the homeland of the saree and black tea. There were 80 of them last year, and now there are 160. This fact suggests that foreigners really like to learn from us.

Incendiary Indian dances were performed to the music of bollywood hits. Everyone could join them, because nothing unites people like a festive atmosphere. International students have shown that they are happy to be the center of attention and charge others with their love of life.
