The multifaceted talent of Abay Kunanbayev inspires youth today

On November 28, a literary and musical evening "Uly Khalyktyk - Uly Abay" was held at the M. Kozybayev NKSU, dedicated to the great enlightener, thinker, writer and poet Abay Kunanbaev. He had a great influence on Kazakh literature and on the worldview of the people. His works to this day do not lose their relevance.

The purpose of the event is to acquaint youth with the humane position of the poet, to show the spiritual culture, love for the people and land of Kazakhstan, reflected in his work. Participants read poetry, told about the life of Abay, showed skillful mastery of playing the dombra, as well as dancing to the music of the classic. Not only students of M. Kozybayev NKSU, but also invited guests showed their talents: cadets of the Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan and students of the college of art.

The audience enthusiastically welcomed the young artists who managed to reveal all the giftedness of the personality of Abay Kunanbaev. Recall that next year our country and the world community will celebrate the 175th anniversary of Abay.
