Students of the M. Kozybayev NKSU met with employees of the Department countering extremism of the North Kazakhstan region Police Department

Countering terrorism is one of the priorities in ensuring the country's national security. Kazakhstan strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and supports the adoption of collective efforts by the international community to combat this phenomenon. Increasingly, the younger generation is joining the ranks of terrorists. Due to their inexperience and lack of an established worldview, young people become "blind tools" in the hands of extremists.

At the initiative of the Department of APK, together with the Department of "Foreign languages", a dialogue platform was organized for students of M. Kozybayev NKSU "Terrorism: rules of behavior in an extreme situation".

The meeting was held in three languages in the form of a conversation between students and law enforcement officers. The issue of terrorism as a threat to humanity is on the agenda. Marat Halimulin and Darkhan Syzdykov, senior operational authorized officers of the Department countering extremism of the North Kazakhstan region Police Department were invited as guests.

They spoke about the manifestation of terrorist actions and the fight against them in NKR, as well as conducted training on fixing the algorithm of behavior of civilians in the event of a threat of a terrorist attack, distributed booklets to students about the necessary actions in such extreme situations.
