International round table of student scientific societies "Prospects for the development of student research" with the participation of universities in Russia and Belarus

M. Kozybaev NKSU organized an international round table of student scientific societies with the participation of universities in Russia and Belarus. In an online format, they discussed possible ways and means of introducing talented young people to science and popularizing the research activities of students.

Presentations were made by faculty and students of the faculty of agricultural technology of our University, Vitebsk state Academy of veterinary medicine, State agrarian University of Northern Urals, Russian state agrarian University – MTAA named after K. A. Timiryazev (Kaluga branch), Arctic state agrotechnological University.

The session was rich, with many interesting presentations, in which participants raised current issues in the field of crop production, animal husbandry, processing and digitalization of agricultural sectors, and analyzed trends in priority areas of agricultural science. The issues of motivation of students to active research activities were discussed.

As a result of the round table, the parties expressed their intention to implement joint research within the framework of the SSS, organize scientific competitions and Olympiads for members of the SSS, as well as conduct master classes for students by the scientific leaders of partner universities.
