Round table in the online mode "Tugan Jer - 2020"

The regional round table “Tugan Zher-2020”, organized within the framework of the state program “Ruhani zhanuyru”, was held at the M. Kozybayev NKSU. The event was organized with the aim of instilling in the younger generation a love of their native land, its culture, as well as holding large-scale events to study the history of the North Kazakhstan region.

The conference was attended by: Director of the North Kazakhstan State Archive Saule Malikova, researcher at the regional historical museum of local lore, Maxim Sorochinsky, history teacher of the regional specialized boarding school for gifted children named after Abu Dosmukhambetov Marziya Yelembaev, representatives of the intelligentsia of the region, teachers, undergraduates and students of M. Kozybayev NKSU.

One of the vectors of work aimed at spiritual modernization is the large-scale national project “Sacred Geography of Kazakhstan”, initiated as part of the “Tugan Jer” program. The list of sacred places in the NKO included 6 objects: the museum complex "Abylay Khan's Residence", the Karasai and Agyntay batyr memorial, the Botai settlement, the mausoleums of Kozhabergen zhyrau, the burial place of Kulsary batyr, Syrymbet manor.

Important anniversary dates of 2020 include the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. During the WWII from Kazakhstan, one million two hundred people participated. The historical retrospective of the feat of our people in those terrible years was also discussed at the event.
