Republican Olympiad in M. Kozybayev NKSU

M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University held the second stage of the XII Republican Subject Olympiad in Economics, Electricity and Pedagogical Sciences.

The university received this right, due to the fact that last year the teams of our university became winners in similar intellectual competitions. In connection with quarantine measures in the country, the current Olympiad was organized in an online format on the ZOOM and BigBlueButton platforms in the state and Russian languages.

In the direction of “Pedagogical sciences”, undergraduates from 6 higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan competed. They demonstrated knowledge in competitions: video presentation, review of a scientific article and presentation of homework.

As a result, the national team of the ENU named after L. Gumilyov won the grand prix;
1st place - Kostanay State Pedagogical University named after U. Sultangazin;
2nd place - KazNPU named after Abay, KarSU named after E. Buketov;
3rd place - Taraz State University named after M. Dulati.

In the specialty "Economics" 7 teams from four universities took part. Students had to solve three tasks drawn up on the basis of such disciplines as Enterprise Economics, Macroeconomics, and Microeconomics.

Here 1 place got ENU them. L. Gumileva;
2nd place - ENU named after L.N. Gumilyova, Karaganda University of Economics;
3rd place -М. Auezov South Kazakhstan state university, West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan (2 teams).

Nine universities of the country presented their student teams in the electric power industry. The guys calculated the characteristics and parameters of electric power facilities at various voltage classes of a particular section.

As a result, in this direction the standings look like this:
1st place- Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrova;
2 place - Almaty University of Energy and Communications named after G. Daukeeva;
3rd place - Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev.
