M. Kozybayev NKSU - in the top 20 of the General ranking of universities of Kazakhstan, compiled by the IAAR

Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) is a recognized agency for ensuring the quality of education, recognized both in Kazakhstan and abroad. Every year it summarizes the results of the study “Independent ranking of the demand for higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. This year, 89 higher educational institutions submitted applications for participation in it, presenting 1939 educational programs.

The most important indicators of the ranking methodology developed by the IAAR include the following key indicators: institutional and program (specialized) accreditation as an internationally recognized indicator of the quality of education; the level of development of human resources (both students and faculty); internationalization of higher education, its integration into the international educational space; level of development of scientific research; employment and demand for graduates in the labor market.

M. Kozybayev NKSU entered the top 20 of the General ranking and took 13th place, as well as 9th place in the direction of "Agriculture and biological resources." A distinctive feature of the IAAR rating in 2020 is the ranking of educational programs in accordance with the qualifier for training personnel with higher and postgraduate education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
