Job Fair "Graduate 2020"

Employment of graduates is one of the most important indicators of university performance. The main forms of activity of M. Kozybayev NKSU in this direction, in addition to the distribution of students and employment after passing professional practices, have become traditional "Job Fairs".

This week they are held daily for graduates of the pedagogical, technical, agricultural areas, as well as educational programs of business, management and law. The purpose of holding job fairs is to assist graduates of the current year in search of a future job.

Events are held in a remote format on the BigBlueButton and Zoom platforms. The first online meeting, organized for graduates of pedagogical specialties, was attended by 206 people. School principals talked about job opportunities and working conditions. More than 100 educational institutions of the North Kazakhstan region and the city of Petropavlovsk, specialists from the Department of Education of the North-Kazakhstan region and representatives of district education departments were invited to participate.

In 2020, 789 full-time students graduate from the university, of which 313 - in the field of "Education", 190 - "Technical Sciences and Technologies", 101 - "Social Sciences, Economics and Business", 56 - "Agricultural sciences", 65 - "Law” and others.

According to the results of the preliminary distribution, 51% of the graduates of this year are determined by the place of future employment. Find jobs for the rest - job fairs are designed to help. The University also has an active Career and Employment Center, where graduate students can apply.
