Development of managerial competencies of a team of university leaders

Team building, personal growth, the adoption of competent management decisions, progressive management. In the modern world, these cases have become necessary to build the effective work of any organization. M. Kozybayev NKSU constantly strives to improve its work in this direction.

So, the acting rector, vice-rectors, deans and heads of units were trained on the online program "Development of managerial competencies of the team of heads of higher educational institutions."

Classes on the ZOOM platform were organized in 2 stages. At the first, trainer Vakhtang Japaridze spoke about increasing the personal effectiveness of university leaders in a crisis and uncertainty. At the second stage, the training participants learned many useful life hacks about the basics of managerial activities at the university from business coach Galina Tartyshna.

The total duration of each online training was 3 days. After that, for two weeks, the participants performed fixing homework, studied additional materials, solved problems, passed the final control tests. The training structure also included pre-training preparation: distribution of materials, questionnaires, online survey, "immersion" in the topic, collecting participants' expectations. In total, 25 people were enrolled in classes.
