Honored Professor Viktor Tulaev is 80 years old!

This year our Alma mater is 83 years old. During this time, an incredible number of talented people studied and worked here. Victor Konstantinovich Tulaev is one of them. Today he celebrates his 80th anniversary! A beautiful round date is not at all associated with this cheerful, fit and cheerful person! His pedagogical path is worthy of special respect!

His colleagues and students, the pedagogical and sports community of the region, the staff of the university gathered to congratulate the Honored Professor.

The hero of the day was honored in a solemn atmosphere: flowers, warm and sincere words of gratitude, gifts and wishes of longevity. It seems that even all this is not enough to express love and respect for the teacher with a capital letter!

Acting Chairman of the Executive Board - Rector Yerbol Issakayev noted the great merits of Viktor Konstantinovich, his contribution to the formation and development of his native university, in which he has been working for 58 years.

In 1962, Viktor Tulaev graduated from the Institute of Physical Culture in the city of Almaty, after which he was sent to the Petropavlovsk Pedagogical Institute named after K.D. Ushinsky. He went from a young teacher to a professor. From 1979 to 1996 he headed the department "Theory of physical culture". For 7 years he was the dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture of our university. Then he headed the department "Sports disciplines". Received the degree of Associate Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission. During his career, he has brought up hundreds of athletes who proudly defended the honor of the region and the republic at competitions of various levels.

Vladimir Vitchenko, deputy of the Petropavlovsk city maslikhat, director of the SKF ROO "All-Kazakhstani organization Kekushinkai Karate", congratulated his mentor, expressed his gratitude for the contribution to the development of his sports career.

“Never sit still” is the motto of Viktor Tulayev. And now he is actively involved in the social life of the faculty and the university as a whole, he teaches. Classes conducted by him are always distinguished by a high professional and methodological level. He, like any person who gave his life to sports, is demanding and principled.

Victor Konstantinovich Tulaev is an example of loyalty and dedication to his work. And just like before, he worries about every student with all his heart. We wish him good health, strength, pedagogical and simple human happiness!
