The procedure for submitting tender documentation: for participation in the tender, applicants submit to the specified address in person, by mail, in electronic form via the "electronic government" web portal or through their authorized representative, an application in the approved form and a complete package of tender documentation.

The deadline for the submission of tender documentation: from October 22, 2020 to November 04, 2020 on weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm (local time).

Application start date and time: October 22, 2020 from 10 am (local time).

The date and time of the end of the submission of applications: November 04, 2020 until 13:00 (local time). Applications received after the specified period are not subject to acceptance.

Terms of grant financing: (in accordance with the Rules for the provision of state grants for the implementation of new business ideas within the framework of the State program for support and development of business "Business Roadmap-2025", approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2019 No. 1060).

The provision of state grants is carried out within the framework of the second direction of the State Program for Support and Development of Business "Business Road Map-2025", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2019 No. 968 (hereinafter - the Program) "Sectoral support for entrepreneurs / subjects of industrial and innovative activities, operating in priority sectors of the economy".

State grants for the implementation of new business ideas are provided to small business entities, including young start-up entrepreneurs, start-up entrepreneurs, free of charge in priority sectors of the economy, in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Program.

• The amount of the state grant for one entrepreneur is from 2 (two) million tenge to 5 (five) million tenge;

• prerequisites for a business project for the implementation of new business ideas are:

1. co-financing (in cash) by an entrepreneur of expenses for its implementation in the amount of at least 10% of the volume of the state grant provided, including personal movable or immovable property participating in a business project (the requirement is not mandatory for socially vulnerable segments of the population);

2. creation of new jobs;

3. the presence of an investment plan in the business project of the entrepreneur, which provides for the availability of infrastructure and / or the creation of sufficient infrastructure for the implementation of the project.

• availability of a document confirming the entrepreneur's training under the Program and (or) the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 "Enbek", approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 13, 2018 No. 746, with a limitation period of no more than 2 ( two) years
