Togyz-kumalak - the game of intellectuals

Kozybayev University hosted a togyz-kumalak competition among the faculty and students dedicated to the 120th anniversary of S. Sadvakasov.

Smagul Sadvakasov is a famous statesman of Kazakhstan, a writer, publicist, literary critic. He made an invaluable contribution to the preservation of the native language, national traditions, promotion of native culture and history. The event was organized by the Bolashak territorial branch of the NurOtan party. The competition was held with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle, popularizing and developing this national sport at the university.

In total, 5 teams of 2 people each took part in the games. FMNS, FIEP, AF, FEDT, ILaL were presented.

As a result of intellectual fights, the first team place was taken by the FMNS, the second was by the FEDT, the third place by the AF.

In the individual championship among girls, Kamshat Kursakova was recognized as the best, Yerlan Malikov was named the winner among boys. All winners were awarded with certificates and letters of thanks.
