Lecture hall for students "Belarusians of Kazakhstan: in a single family"

Belarusians are one of the many ethnic groups living in Kazakhstan. The history of the origin of Belarusians, religious beliefs, traditions and customs, the formation of statehood, modern development and sights of Belarus, Kazakh-Belarusian relations, the preservation of ethnocultural identity and the activities of ethnocultural centers in Kazakhstan, were told to students by the participants of the interactive educational lecture hall "Halyktanu", organized by the department "Assembly of the People Kazakhstan ".

The speakers of the lecture were university teachers: Lyudmila Gryvennaya, Zylykha Bimakanova, Natalya Sheveleva, as well as external specialists: Oleg Sinyakov - expert-analyst of the Center for Social Development and Information of the North Kazakhstan region, Maria Tatarenko - head of the Belarusian regional ethnocultural center "Radzima", Alla Shevtsova - associate professor management of the Republic of Belarus, Evgeny Zvolinsky is a Kazakhstani who has been living in the Brest region for the last 9 years.

Students were given the opportunity to ask questions of interest to guests and express their opinion. The children were amazed by the variety of flora and fauna of Belovezhskaya Pushcha - a protected area of ​​Belarus, the cleanliness of the streets of Belarusian cities, the kind disposition and hard work of the inhabitants. Undoubtedly, Belarusians bring not only ethnocultural diversity to the multiethnic environment, but also a significant contribution to the development of various spheres of Kazakhstan society.
