Nurpeisova Kymbat Naimanovna was born on August 4, 1956 in the village of Kiyaly of the Soviet (Akkayyn) district of the North Kazakhstan region. In 1973 she graduated from the Chagli secondary school of the Soviet district. In 1973, she began her career as a teacher at the Sennovskaya junior high school. In 1977 she graduated from the regional one–year library courses at the North Kazakhstan Regional Library named after S. Mukanov. From 1978 to 1998 she worked at the regional Universal Library named after S. Mukanova is a librarian, senior librarian, methodologist, subscription manager, head of the scientific and methodological department. In 1981 she graduated from the Kokshetau Library College, in 1989 from the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute of Culture named after Al-Farabi. In the scientific library of the North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev, she worked as a director, head of the library complex from 1998 to 2016. Kymbat Naimanovna is an active, active, versatile person, a talented leader. She is always full of energy and new creative ideas. Under her leadership, library services were modernized based on the introduction of information technologies. The information search system "Library 5.4", "Irbis 64" was introduced into operation, which significantly accelerated and simplified the search for the necessary information. The library's information site was opened and constantly updated. Under the leadership of Kymbat Naimanovna, electronic reading rooms with the latest computers, a reading room of multilingual literature, a reading room of literature in the Kazakh language, a subscription of Kazakh literature, a subscription of legal and economic literature were opened. Over the years of Nurpeisova K. N.'s work, the library's fund has grown significantly. About 500,000 copies of educational, scientific, and reference literature were purchased. The fund of literature in the state language has grown from 20 thousand storage units to 140 thousand. The library subscribed to a large number of magazines and newspapers of various subjects in the areas of educational and scientific activities of the university. Special attention was paid to library local lore, professional development of young employees. Young employees turned to her for advice as a mentor in their difficult life situations, and she, with her characteristic responsiveness, was always ready to help everyone.
