Development of an intelligent system for remote monitoring and control of the technological process of storing grain in an innovative type granary

Project managers: Koshekov K.T., doctor of technical sciences.

The goal of the project is to create an intelligent system for remote monitoring and control of the technological process of grain storage in an experimental portable granary of an innovative type.

Project objective:

- conducting analytical research on the development of intelligent monitoring and control systems, the use of wireless technologies in the agro-industrial complex, and, in particular, in grain storage;

- development of technical requirements and terms of reference for the creation of an intelligent remote monitoring and control system for an innovative type of experimental granary;

- development of algorithms and methods for collecting and intelligent processing of measuring and control signals, intelligent system;

- development of a set of design documentation, production and testing of an experimental model of an intelligent monitoring and control system for an innovative type of experimental granary.

Research results: 2 innovative patents for the invention were obtained, algorithms for calculating the volume of stored grain mass were developed based on 3D measurements of the grain mass surface shape, and a set of design documentation was developed for an intelligent automated control system for an innovative grain storage facility. A power supply system for the granary has been developed. A comprehensive approach to solving this problem was proposed, in particular, the use of traditional and non-traditional energy (wind generator). The prototype is located on the territory of LLP "Firm Dikanshy".
