Development of intelligent computer devices and a system for diagnosing and monitoring oil and gas equipment

Project managers: Koshekov K. T., doctor of technical Sciences.

Project goal: creation of computer devices and systems for monitoring and diagnostics, including software based on intelligent algorithms for collecting, primary processing and recognition of diagnostic and control signals of oil and gas equipment using the theory of identification measurements, computer and wireless infocommunication technologies in real time.

Project objectives:

- Development of a set of design documentation for experimental samples of proven methods and technologies for creating computer devices and systems based on high-performance data collection tools, intelligent sensors and wireless information technologies;

- Production of experimental samples of computer devices and diagnostics and monitoring systems;

- Application of analytical methods, methods of simulation and computer modeling, development of software and hardware.

Research results: 2 innovative patents were obtained, applications for an innovative patent for an invention and a Eurasian patent were submitted.

A new intelligent system for monitoring and diagnostics of oil and gas equipment based on computer devices for identification measurements is proposed. A set of design documentation has been developed that will allow creating an experimental model of an intelligent system and industrial production of a new class of equipment with advantages over existing analogues.

The proposed concept of the authors that the current state of the oil and gas industry requires the introduction of intelligent technologies has been confirmed. further research is needed to analyze the possibility of using vibration velocity and vibration displacement characteristics to identify defects, conduct experiments to build up the database of computer devices by installing the developed software on the manufactured equipment.
