Development and implementation of energy-efficient technology for the restoration of blades of complex geometry for steam and gas turbines of a tps with a highly concentrated source of plasma energy with an adaptive process control system

Project managers: Savinkin V. V., doctor of technical sciences

Project objective: Development of a mathematical model of TPS turbine dynamics with thermodynamic parameters, virtual simulation of plasma recovery of turbine blades of a TPS. Description of an algorithm for an energy-efficient recovery process that allows you to develop a technical proposal for the development of a set of design and technological documentation for a plasma recovery complex.

Project objective:

- Development of a draft design of an adaptive design and technological complex for plasma recovery of turbine blades of TPS;

- Development of a mathematical model of the dynamic process of a TPS turbine;

- Development of a virtual model of plasma recovery of TRS turbine blades with an adaptive control system for the deposition process;

- Development of an algorithm for the process of plasma recovery of blades.

Research results: Act of experimental research, research protocol (REMPLAZMA LLP), test report (based on the testing laboratory of PZTM JSC), a non-destructive testing methodology for assessing the concentration of internal stresses and design and technological documentation was implemented at REMPLASMA LLP . An outline design of an adaptive design and technological complex for plasma restoration of working blades of turbines of TPS was developed. The proposed virtual prototype model of the design and technological complex of plasma recovery.

An agreement was signed on conducting joint research on the development and testing of an energy-efficient technology for the restoration of parts with Remplazma LLP.
