Presowing treatment of seeds with activated water

Project managers: Beletskaya N.P., candidate of geographical Sciences;

The aim of the project: production of activated water for presowing treatment of seeds, increased yield of wheat.

Description of the project: the project is dedicated to an innovative method of pre-sowing treatment of seeds with activated water obtained by vertical or horizontal mechanical action with an activator with special attachments, there are acts of carrying out.

There are acts on carrying out:

- Laboratory and field experiments on the effect of activated water on germination (increase to 6%), germination energy (15%), yield (4 kg / ha) during pre-sowing treatment of wheat seeds in Bolshemalyshenskoye LLP, Kyzylzhar district of the North Kazakhstan region ;

- Field experience on the effect of activated water on productivity during pre-sowing treatment of wheat seeds in Astrakhan LLP in Akkayynsky district of the North Kazakhstan region - the number of productive stems is 46% more than in the control field;

The income from the implementation of this project for three LLPs will amount to 474 thousand tenge from 150 hectares. The expected implementation efficiency (increase in yield) will be 4 kg / ha, the addition to the crop from a field of 500 ha - 2000 kg.

LLP "Design Bureau of Oil and Gas Equipment" has developed documentation for the manufacture of an activator for water treatment (contract No. 333 of 08.25.2015). At the present time, commissioning of the laboratory is being carried out to install an activator of the in-line activation method.

Expected results: Development, testing and implementation of an innovative method based on water activation to increase the yield of grain and vegetable crops.

Application of project results:

- the emergence of a new innovative method of presowing treatment of seeds with activated water;

- increase the yield of grain and vegetable crops in the region;

- reducing the cost of crop production;

- creating a healthy competitive environment among wholesale and retail distributors of crop products.
