On September 4, 2018, the QYZYLJAR Student Service Center, a structural unit, was opened at M. Kozybayev NKSU. The SSS is focused on the implementation of the state program “Digital Kazakhstan”, the purpose of which is to quickly and efficiently provide the services of the educational process on the principle of “single window” based on service standards.
The opening of the SSS is a kind of contribution to the solution of the tasks set, as well as one of the trends in the development of the university in modern conditions.
It is very important that the Center’s activities are aimed at preventing corruption risks, creating conditions of transparency and accessibility when receiving services of the educational process.
By the order of the rector OD-470 of 08/28/2019, on the basis of a decision of the Academic Council of M. Kozybayev NKSU No. 1 of 08/28/2019, changes were made to the organizational structure of the university from 02/02/2019 and the creation of a Student service and registration center by combining the QYZYLJAR Student Service Center and the Registrar's office. The Student service and registration center is aimed at maximizing the comprehensive interaction with the student community and allows students to save time.
The Student service and registration center is based on a student-centered approach, so the main principles of its activity are understanding and satisfying the needs of students, the implementation of services whose quality meets the expectations of students, effective interaction with students, built on mutual respect.
Information and advisory services are available at the Student service and registration center. For this, “Reception” works, where ready-made certificates and transcripts are issued, and a self-service zone also works. In order to receive a certificate or transcript, you must leave a request specifying personal data.
Students can be served by several windows at the same time. Service is carried out in electronic queue order. The list of Student service and registration center services increased from 7 to 38, of which 5 are public services, 33 are University services.
