Psychological service

Main goals and objectives

The main goal of the PS is to create conditions for maintaining the psychological health of students, faculty and staff of the University, providing psychological support to people in difficult life or crisis situations.

To achieve this goal, the psychological service needs to solve the following tasks:

• Identification of adverse signs of personality functioning through monitoring of social networks.
• Fulfillment of customer requests received through the “helpline” and PS website.
• Conducting individual consultations at the request of the client or the direction of the educational service of the University.
• Interaction with pedagogical and medical workers, law enforcement agencies and other specialists in order to provide maximum effective assistance to students, teachers and employees of the University who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
• Carrying out other activities and programs provided for by the work plan aimed at maintaining, maintaining and improving the mental health of students, teachers and employees of the University.
