Срок оказания услуги: 1 (один) рабочий день.
Перечень документов:
1) заявка обучающегося (оформляется методистом ОР в электронной форме в системе «Электронный ректорат»);
2) удостоверение личности услугополучателя (либо его законного представителя) или студенческий билет (оригинал требуется для идентификации).
