Возврат оставшейся суммы за обучение
Прием заявления на возврат оставшейся суммы за обучение в связи с отчислением, переводом в другой вуз, переводом на государственный образовательный грант, переплатой или ошибочно внесенной оплатой.
Срок оказания услуги: 15 (пятнадцать) рабочих дней.
Перечень документов:
1) заявление обучающегося о возврате оставшейся суммы за обучение в соответствии с Ф СКГУ СТУ-31-01-18;
2) копия удостоверения личности обучающегося;
3) копии квитанции об оплате за обучение;
4) уведомление об открытии счета в банке на обучающегося.
Перечень документов, необходимых для оказания услуги при обращении услугополучателя о возврате оставшейся суммы за обучение в случае, если обучающийся не достиг восемнадцати лет:
1) заявление заказчика (либо его законного представителя) о возврате оставшейся суммы за обучение в соответствии с Ф СКГУ СТУ-31-01-18;
2) копия удостоверения личности заказчика;
3) копия удостоверения личности обучающегося;
4) копии квитанции об оплате за обучение;
5) уведомление об открытии счета в банке на заказчика.
