Biography:

Shulanov Yerlan Nurlybekovich was born on February 12, 1984 in the city of Karaganda. Higher education. He graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with honors with a degree in International Law in 2005. From 2017 to 2019, he studied at the master's program at Almaty Management University with a degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA).
