Based on the University's long-term experience in organizing volunteer work, the following concepts are defined in the M. Kozybayev NKU:
M. Kozybayev NKU volunteer - a volunteer; a student involved in solving socially significant problems in the form of unpaid work.
M. Kozybayev NKU volunteer movement is a public structure of the M. Kozybayev NKU, a division of the Student self-government of the M. Kozybayev NKU, which unites all volunteers of various fields of activity.
The main directions of the Program implementation:
1. Organizational and methodological support of volunteer activities of students of M. Kozybayev NKU:
- development of regulations, programs and projects related to the organization of volunteer activities in the M. Kozybayev NKU;
- development of methodological manuals, information brochures for organizers, participants of the volunteer movement and University students;
- development and manufacture of image attributes of the volunteer movement of M. Kozybayev NKU;
- conduct training seminars and workshops, schools and meetings for volunteers of M. Kozybayev NKU;
2. Support and development of volunteer activities in various areas:
1. Volunteering in youth organizations
2. Event-based volunteering
3. "Labor landings"
4. Consulting services
5. Charitable activities
6. Environmental volunteering
7. The volunteer doctors
8. Emergency volunteering
