On February 18, 2019, the working group of the project organized a discussion platform to discuss the results of the master class, which was held earlier at Lund University (Sweden). Rector of the University, Omirbaev S. M., presented the main conclusions and recommendations of the participants of the master class on further changes in the elements of the higher education system of Kazakhstan to ensure academic, personnel, organizational and financial autonomy.
