Project goal: Implement the intellectual, scientific, technological and experimental-design developments of scientists of Kazakhstan in the field of laser-plasma technologies through integration in restoration process energy, mining equipment heavy machinery.
Expected results:
- the novelty lies in the integrated solution of problems of quality control of restoration and improvement of physical, mechanical and geometric properties of turbine blades using information and plasma technologies;
- practical relevance: the developed a draft adaptive design–technological complex plasma recovery turbine rotor blades TPP; a mathematical model of the dynamic process of turbines; developed a virtual model of the plasma recovery of the blades of the turbines with adaptive control system of the spraying process; the algorithm of the process of plasma recovery blades.
Project description: enriching the repair and restoration production potential of Kazakhstan with innovative equipment and energy-efficient laser-plasma technologies that increase the durability of machines and energy complexes of strategic importance. Implemented in the project, scientifically based structural and technological developments of laser-plasma technology will provide high-quality restoration of degraded parts of complex geometry in hard-to-reach places without dismantling from the unit. The developed laser-plasma technologies and equipment should be brought to a wide market of consumers in Kazakhstan and the CIS countries with commercialization through the private business partnership sector. The competitiveness of Kazakhstan in the world market of energy and mechanical engineering can be increased by reducing the cost and increasing the technological effect, advanced laser and plasma technologies through high-quality restoration and repair of components and parts of industrial equipment.
Project objective:
−conducting marketing research on the company's competitiveness, selecting innovative energy-efficient equipment based on automated operation of the laser-plasma complex;
−analysis of the capacity of the enterprise to set up the production process of laser-plasma recovery of worn parts of power and mining equipment;
−production of a plasma generator according to the design documentation developed by M. Kozybayev NKSU;
−introduction of laser-plasma technology for repair and restoration of scarce components of industrial equipment associated with intensive wear and degradation of work surfaces in places that are difficult to repair. Selection of powder material.
