Development of an information system for searching for operational earthquake precursors based on identification measurements
Priority area: Information, telecommunication and space technologies, scientific research in the field of natural sciences

Project manager: Koshekov K.T., Doctor of Technical Sciences
Project executors: Kurmashev I.G., Candidate of Technical Sciences, Klikushin Yu.N., Doctor of Technical Sciences,
Uzbekov N.B., Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Koshekova B.V., Master.
Terms of execution: 2018-2020
Amount of financing: 62,400,000 tenge.
Purpose of the project: Development of an integrated information system for searching for operational precursors of earthquake prediction, including software based on intelligent algorithms for collecting, digital processing and recognition of seismograms and searching for operational earthquake precursors (OPO) using the theory of identification measurements (IM), modern computer and wireless infocommunication technologies in real time, algorithms and methods of machine learning and BigData.
Expected results: Methods and tools for searching for operational earthquake precursors based on identification measurements of seismograms. The application of identification measurements is ideal for solving problems of searching for and establishing operational precursors of not only earthquakes, but also other disasters. The use of intelligent technologies will automatically provide users with recommendations in the form of numerical ratings and linguistic descriptions in terms accepted by experts.
Description of the project: The main idea of the project is to create new effective intelligent tools for intelligent search of operational earthquake precursors based on the analysis of seismograms and identification measurements, modern machine learning methods and BigData.
