Project goal: Creation of a mobile application based on artificial intelligence approaches, aimed at providing people with disabilities with information focused primarily on the needs of people with disabilities and the elderly.

Expected results: The implementation of the project will provide an economic effect from the introduction of a mobile application based on modern approaches of artificial intelligence - improving the quality of life of people with disabilities, contributing to the development of virtual mobility in the socio-cultural space.

Description of the project: Development of a mobile application using artificial intelligence for the socialization of people with disabilities requires special attention, because such mobile applications must meet the requirements of the inspection authorities, comply with GOST standards and be both informative and understandable for people with disabilities.

The idea of ​​developing a mobile application is to ensure that people with disabilities and the elderly can easily and effectively get up-to-date information, which makes it possible to minimize the risk of social isolation and enable them to change their lives for the better.

Project objectives:

−application of proven methods and technologies for creating mobile applications based on artificial intelligence approaches, expert systems;
−use of fuzzy logic in the design and development of intelligent subsystems;
−application of analytical methods, methods of simulation and computer modeling, development of methods for modeling mobile applications;
−application of the structural and functional model of socialization of people with disabilities.
