I. Admission under the scholarship program for international students

Foreign citizens, including persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, can get the opportunity to study for free undergraduate and graduate educational programs at M. Kozybayev NKU. To do this, it is necessary to take part in the Scholarship Program competition, which is announced by the National Center for the Development of Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

II. Admission to paid tuition in Russian

Admission of foreign citizens to the paid department is carried out according to the interview results.

THE PROGRAM of entrance exams

Documents for enrollment of foreign citizens:

1. Statement.
2. Passport.
3. A document of previous education.
4. Appendix to the document on education /transcript (original) with the following information: academic disciplines, final grades received, other components of the educational process
5. Notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian of the document on education and its appendices.
6. Medical certificates of mental health, absence of infectious diseases and contraindications to study at a university, certified by the official health authority of the sending country; certificate of absence of HIV infection, certified by the official health authority of the sending country, information about vaccinations received.
7. 8 3x4 color photos without a corner, the face should occupy at least 60%.

III. Admission to paid tuition in English

Admission of foreign citizens to study at the Higher Education Institution on a fee-paying basis is carried out based on the results of an interview conducted by the Higher Education Institution's admissions committees during the calendar year.

At the same time, foreign citizens are enrolled in accordance with the academic calendar 5 (five) days before the start of the next academic period.

The order on enrollment in the number of students is issued by the Chairman of the Board - Rector after successfully passing the exam, concluding a training agreement and paying for tuition.

Documents for foreign citizens enrollment:

1. Statement.
2. Passport.
3. A document of previous education.
4. Appendix to the document on education / transcript (original) with the following information: academic disciplines, final grades received, other components of the educational process (rating in Biology, English, Chemistry at least 60%).
5. Notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian of the document on education and its appendices.
6. Medical certificates of mental health, absence of infectious diseases and contraindications to study at a medical university, certified by the official health authority of the sending country; certificate of absence of HIV infection, certified by the official health authority of the sending country information about vaccinations received.
7. 8 color photos 3x4  without a corner, the face should occupy at least 60%.

Admission of foreign citizens to national or other universities for studies in the field of “Healthcare,” either on a state educational grant or on a fee-paying basis, with instruction in English, is carried out based on the results of an interview conducted by the university’s admission committee throughout the calendar year, only upon presentation of a certificate confirming proficiency in the English language:

• International English Language Tests System Academic (IELTS Academic) (IELTS Academic), with a minimum score of 5.0;
• Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT), minimum score of 35 points;
• Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program (TOEFL ITP), minimum score – at least 417;
• TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication), minimum score – 550;
• Duolingo English Test, minimum score – 80.

Upon admission to study, the applicant is obliged to conclude an agreement with the University on the provision of educational services.

If a foreign citizen provides information that does not correspond to reality, the University has the right to return the documents to him and expel him without refund of the deposited funds.
