By order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 408 dated September 23, 2020 "On some issues of the Board of Directors of non-commercial joint stock companies", the composition of the Board of Directors of the non-profit limited company "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" was determined in the amount of 6 (six) members.
The following were elected to the Board of Directors:
Daulenov Miras Mukhtarovich - Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Zhaizhumanova Asemgul Abaevna - Chief Expert of the Department for Work with Non-State Legal Entities with State Participation of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as agreed).
Karmova Gulmira Rainbekkyzy - Head of the Education Department of the North Kazakhstan region (as agreed).

Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University", about which the Certificate of state registration of the issue was issued securities No. KZ91VGZ00000303 dated July 28, 2020. The issue is divided into 5,304,588.00 (five million three hundred four thousand five hundred eighty eight) common shares, which have been assigned an international identification number (ISIN code) KZ1C00013978. The par value of one share is 1,000 (one thousand) tenge.
