Assessment of the implementation of the Development Plan of “M. Kozybayev NKU” NJSC for 2020-2024 for 2020 was approved by the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 15, 2021 (Protocol No. 13). It was decided to consider the Evaluation of the implementation of the Development Plan of “M. Kozybayev NKU” NJSC for 2020-2024 for 2020 as satisfactory.

There were made changes to the Development Program and the Strategic Development Plan of “M. Kozybayev NKU” NJSC for 2020-2024 by the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 15, 2021 (Protocol No. 13).

There were approved clarifications to the Development Plan of “M. Kozybayev NKU” NJSC for 2020-2024 (in part of 2021, ID 14-960340000702-2020-009) by the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 15, 2021 (Protocol No. 13).

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of “M. Kozybayev  North Kazakhstan University” NJSC dated August 17, 2021 (Minutes No. 9) Turgaleyeva Akmaral Turgaibekovna was elected for the position of a member of the Board for educational work and social issues of “M. Kozybayev  North Kazakhstan University” NJSC.

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of “M. Kozybayev  North Kazakhstan University” NJSC of October 1, 2021 (Minutes No. 9), there were approved changes to the organizational structure of the Company:

­– the Higher School of Medicine was renamed into the Faculty of Medicine;

­– the Higher School of Social Sciences and Humanities was created and the following structures were transferred to its functional subordination: the Institute of Language and Literature, the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of History, Economics and Law;

­– the Higher School of Technology and Natural Sciences was created and the following structures were transferred to its functional subordination: Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Engineering and Digital Technologies, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

By order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 328 dated 9 July 2021 “On amendments and additions to some orders of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, there were made changes to the composition of the board of directors of the non-profit joint-stock company “M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University”

Excluded from the Board of Directors:

1. Daulenov Miras Mukhtarovich - Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Karimova Gulmira Rainbekkyzy - Head of the Department of Education of the North Kazakhstan region.
3. Suraganova Ainagul Agybayevna - Head of the Department for Quality Assurance in Education in the North Kazakhstan region.

Elected to the Board of Directors:

1. Yergaliyev Kuanysh Asylkhanovich - Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Buranbayev Yerkebulan Sagatovich is a public character, an independent director.
3. Jarassova Gulzhan Sagidullayevna - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Anatoliy Afanassevich Bashmakov was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “M. Kozybayev  North Kazakhstan University” NJSC  for a period until the Sole Shareholder makes changes to the current composition of the Board of Directors.

“M. Kozybayev  North Kazakhstan University” NJSC  informs about the decision taken by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole Shareholder). Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 269 of  3 June 2021:

1. To approve the annual financial statements of the non-profit joint stock company "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" (hereinafter referred to as the Society) for 2020.
2. The net income of the Company for 2020 in the amount of 267,949,085.39 tenge (two hundred sixty-seven million nine hundred forty-nine thousand eighty-five tenge thirty-nine tiyn ) shall be left at the disposal of the Company.
3. To determine that during 2020 there were no appeals from the sole shareholder regarding the actions of the Company and its officials.
