The purpose of the project: Creation of a constructive and technological high-productive deep-mining complex with an adaptive control system for the production of hydrocarbons at low-yield oil and gas wells Uzen, Tengiz, Karamandybas, etc. To increase the competitiveness of Kazakhstan in the world market of oil-producing machinery.
Expected results: Based on the results of the project, scientific and methodological documentation will be developed to assess the quality of the laser-plasma manufactured SHGN design and the expertise of resource durability. Scientific and technical documentation has been developed on the reasonable choice of optimal design parameters and manufacturing technology of the SHGN mining complex. Obtaining a European patent for the invention of a high-performance rod deep pumping complex and a foreign patent for laser manufacturing technology.
Project description: The implementation of the project allows solving the scientific problem of the need to create a scientific and methodological basis for a comprehensive assessment of the regularities of the SHGN operation process, identifying and systematizing the cause-and-effect relationship of pumping equipment failures, in order to develop and implement domestic constructive and technological methods to increase productivity and reduce losses of petroleum products, combating SHGN contamination with mechanical impurities and water-salt solutions. The developed laser manufacturing technology will increase the service life of the SHGN by 18%.
The project solves the practical problem of the needs of the oil and gas industry in the production of energy-efficient structural and technological complexes of SHGN.
