The list of documents required for participation in the competition for abroad academic mobility:
1) An application form of the student;
2) Questionnaire;
3) A passport copy of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) Documents on education:
5) Document confirming the level of foreign language proficiency (the applicant provides one of the following documents):
6) A medical certificate (for traveling abroad);
7) A written consent of the parents, guardians, legal representatives of the applicant for travel abroad, if he or she is under eighteen years of age at the time of departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan;
8) letter of recommendation 072/у (from head of the department);
9) photo 3х4 (2 pieces);
10) motivation letter for 250-300 words;
11) a document on the composition of the family, to confirm the large number of children in the student's family;
12) a document confirming the absence of the student's parents (for the category of students belonging to orphans or students deprived of parental care (if there is);
13) a document confirming the student's disability.
Documents must be submitted to the Student Service and Registration Center (Education Building No. 2, the 1st floor)
