main directions and trends of higher education development; general problems of higher school pedagogy, methodological and theoretical bases of higher school pedagogy;

Be able to: apply psychological methods and means to improve the effectiveness and quality of training;

Possess the skills: professional communication and intercultural communication;

Demonstrate the ability to: apply psychological methods and means to improve the effectiveness and quality of training;
