Planning and implementation, evaluation and action for improvement of Occupational Safety and Health Management System
Providing assistance to the University departments with the listing of occupations and positions, in accordance with it surveillance of workers’ health, where appropriate, through suitable medical monitoring or follow-up of workers for early detection of signs and symptoms of harm to health in order to determine the effectiveness of prevention and control measures; with the development and revision of the Occupational Safety and Health manuals; with health and safety related training and knowledge testing for the workers
Labor protection and safety engineering related training for all new employees
Investigation of occupational injuries and incidents in the workplace, work-related diseases, their reasons, and arrangements for their prevention
Surveillance of proper storage, maintenance, dry cleaning, checking and replacement of personal protective equipment
Giving compulsory instructions on taking measures for the elimination of occupational safety and health breaches by all departments’ workers
