Best experience - for a better life (2007)

As part of the Quality Week in November 2007:

• round tables were held with the participation of teaching staff and students: at the MDF – "The quality of students' research work is a means of  implementing a competency-based approach to vocational education", at the VF – "Modern methods of quality management", at the HLP – "Why do we need quality education", at the LLI – "Professional translator training";
• scientific and practical conferences were held with the participation of students: at the EMF – "The best experience is for a better life!", at the IPF – "Actual problems of the educational process of educational institutions of various types";
• informational and scientific and methodological seminars were held: at the VF – "Application of quality tools for improving the QMS of the university" with the participation of teaching staff; at the EF – "On innovations in improving the quality control system" with the participation of teaching staff of the Department of Finance and Credit; in the LLI – "New content of education – new ratings" with the participation of students; at the FCF – "Motivation for physical education of students of M. Kozybayev NKSU" with the participation of the faculty of the Department of Physical Culture and Tourism, an information seminar "Quality management system in education" with the participation of junior students; at the NGF – "Analysis of the quality of classes using ICT" and "Use of quality management tools in teaching" with the participation of teaching staff and students of the NGF; methodological seminar "At the reception of the HR manager: how to make sure that you are chosen out of thousands of candidates" with the participation of graduate students of the specialty "Translation";
• an exhibition of books and magazines dedicated to quality management has been organized;
• more than 20 open classes (lectures, practical classes) were held at the faculties and in the LLI, demonstrating the quality of teaching through a variety of innovative teaching methods and techniques;
• a Forum dedicated to the World Quality Day was held on November 8, 2007. The Forum participants were students, teachers, representatives of regional departments, heads of enterprises and schools of the city. The speeches of the Forum participants touched upon the issues of the image of the university, the quality of life and education, leadership and improvement;
• teachers and students of our university expressed their opinion by taking part in writing an essay on quality published in the newspaper Parasat;
• information about the achievements of the NKSU in the field of quality was posted in the newspaper and the program "Parasat", in the regional newspapers.

The program of the 2007 Quality Week
