Applicants for a state educational grant

 List of universities indicating the volume of the state educational order for the training of personnel with higher education

To participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant, including for people from western and densely populated regions, it is necessary from July 13 to 20 and from July 13 to 24 (for regions where an emergency has been declared) to submit an application to the admissions committee or through the "Electronic Government".

The application indicates the selected group of educational programs and the university. If the profile subjects match, you can specify up to four groups of educational programs.

Applicants for educational programs that require creative training can indicate in the application only one group of educational programs and the university where they passed the creative exam.

Applicants for educational programs in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences", "Healthcare" can indicate in the application four groups of educational programs and any university, regardless of the place of passing a special exam.

List of documents for applying for a state educational grant:

1) statement;
2) document of education (original);
3) identity document (required for identification);
4) 6 photos measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;
5) medical certificate on form 075/y;
6) UNT certificate;
7) certificate of the special / creative exam results (for applicants in the fields of education "Pedagogical Sciences" and "Health Care", as well as educational programs requiring creative training);
9) documents confirming the granting of the preemptive right and quota.

Persons who have documents on education of educational organizations implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education, who have confirmed their qualifications and have at least one year of work experience in the relevant specialty, additionally submit one of the documents provided for in Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 Persons may participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant:

• having secondary / technical and vocational / post–secondary education, with the exception of those entering related areas of higher education training that provide for shorter training periods,
• who have passed the UNT and scored at least 50 points,
• in the field of "Pedagogical Sciences" – at least 75 points,
• in the field of education "Healthcare" – at least 70 points,
• in the direction of training "Law" – at least 75 points.
• those who scored in the subjects of the UNT: The History of Kazakhstan and two core subjects - at least 5 points, mathematical literacy and reading literacy - at least 3 points and a creative exam of at least 5 points.

 Persons may participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant in related areas of training that provide for shorter training periods:

• having technical and vocational / post–secondary education,
• having passed the UNT and scored at least 25 points according to its results, in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences" - at least 35 points.
• those who scored at least 5 points in each subject of the UNT and (or) creative exam.

A list of educational programs groups in related areas of training, providing for reduced terms of study.

The competition for the award of an educational grant takes into account points in the history of Kazakhstan, mathematical literacy, reading literacy (the language of instruction) and two core subjects.

In the competition for the award of an educational grant for applicants for educational programs requiring creative preparation, scores in the history of Kazakhstan, reading literacy (the language of instruction) and the results of two creative exams are taken into account.

In the competition for the award of an educational grant for applicants to related educational programs that provide for shorter study periods, points in general professional discipline and special discipline are taken into account, with the exception of applicants for educational programs that require creative training.

In the competition for the award of an educational grant for applicants to related educational programs that provide for shortened study periods requiring creative preparation, points in a special discipline and the result of a creative exam are taken into account.

  In case of equality of points in the competition, the priority right in the subsequent order has:

      1) persons awarded the "Altyn Belgi" badge;

      2) persons awarded the badge of distinction for their patriotism and active citizenship;

      3) persons with educational documents of educational organizations implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education, who have confirmed their qualifications and have at least one year of work experience in the specialty;

      4) winners of international Olympiads and competitions of scientific projects (scientific competitions) in general education subjects (awarded with diplomas of the first, second and third degree), international and republican competitions of performers and sports competitions (awarded with diplomas of the first, second and third degree) of the last three years, the list of which is determined by the authorized body in the field of science and higher education, and also, the winners of the presidential, republican Olympiads and competitions of scientific projects in general education subjects (awarded with diplomas of the first, of the second and third degree) of the current academic year, provided that their chosen specialty corresponds to the subject of the Olympiad, competition or sports competition, with the exception of the persons specified in part ten of paragraph 6 of the Rules for Awarding an educational grant;

      5) orphans and children left without parental care, as well as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among young people who have lost or remained without parental care until adulthood, persons with disabilities of the first and second groups, veterans of military operations on the territory of other states, veterans equated with benefits to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, persons with disabilities with children with disabilities who, according to the medical report, are not contraindicated to study in the relevant educational institutions, and persons with educational documents (certificates, certificates, diplomas) with honors.

Winners and prize-winners of international Olympiads in general education subjects and international competitions of performers, sports competitions (awarded with diplomas of the first, second and third degrees) of the last three years according to the list approved by the MSHE of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are enrolled with the award of an educational grant to educational organizations implementing educational programs of higher education, on the basis of their application, provided that their chosen specialty the subject of an Olympiad, competition or sports competition.

  The quota for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among rural youth is 35% of the total number of grants for the following groups of educational programs:

According to a separate quota, a competition is held for the following categories of citizens:

• persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
• orphans and children left without parental care,
• citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among young people who have lost or remained without parental care until adulthood,
• persons with disabilities of the first and second groups,
• veterans of military operations on the territory of other states,
• veterans equated to veterans on benefits The Great Patriotic War,
• persons with disabilities since childhood,
• children with disabilities who, according to the medical report, are not contraindicated to study according to the selected group of educational programs,
• children from families in which four or more minor children are brought up,
• children from single-parent families with this status for at least three years,
• children from families raising children with disabilities since childhood,
• persons with disabilities of the first and the second group.

The competition results for awarding educational grants are summed up by the Ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan until August 10.
