University enrollment

To enroll in the University, the applicant submits the originals of the following documents to the admissions committee in the period from August 10 to August 25:

• application for enrollment;
• document on general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary or higher education (original);
• identity document (required for identification);
• 6 photo cards measuring 3x4 centimeters;
• medical certificate in the form 075/y;
• UNT certificate;
• an extract from the statement (for applicants for educational programs of higher education that require special and (or) creative training, including in the fields of education "Pedagogical Sciences" and "Health Care");
• electronic certificate of the award of an educational grant (if available);
• documents confirming the granting of a preferential right and quota (if available).

To enroll, the applicant must conclude an agreement with the University on the provision of educational services. If the applicant has not reached the age of 18, then the presence of his legal representative or guarantor is mandatory when concluding an agreement on the provision of educational services. The applicant's representative must have with him the original and a copy of the identity card, as well as documents confirming his rights as a legal representative when processing documents directly at the University admissions office.

Documents on education issued by foreign educational organizations undergo the procedure of recognition of documents in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan after enrollment of persons during the first academic period of study.
