For university graduates (second higher education)

To enter a university for a second higher education, it is necessary to pass two key stages: admission exams and enrollment.

At the first stage, applicants are required to pass entrance exams designed to assess their knowledge and suitability for the chosen specialty. Exam results serve as a key factor in determining the suitability of applicants to study in the chosen program.

After successfully passing the entrance exams, applicants proceed to the second stage – enrollment. At this stage, the university admissions committee reviews the results of entrance exams and other documents provided by applicants. Enrollment can be conducted on a competitive basis, taking into account exam results, the average score of a certificate or diploma, as well as additional criteria, such as work experience in the field of specialty or the presence of scientific achievements. On the basis of this information, applicants can be enrolled in a second higher education program.

Admission exams are conducted by the admissions committee. You can apply for the exam from July 20 to August 14. The application is accompanied by a document on education, an identity card.

According to the results of the admission exam, the applicant is "recommended" or "not recommended" for enrollment.

The admission exam results are brought to the attention of applicants immediately after the exam or on the exam day.

An appeal application is submitted to the Chairman of the appeal commission personally by a person who has passed a special or creative exam. Applications are accepted until 13 o'clock the next day after the announcement of the special or creative exam results and are considered by the appeals commission within one day.
