Kozybayev University informs about the decision taken by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole Shareholder).

By Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 350 dated July 26, 2023, amendments were made to the Charter of the Kozybayev University:

subparagraphs 1) and 1-1) of paragraph 65 should be presented as follows:

"1) election (appointment) on the basis of the recommendation of the Republican Commission of the Board Chairman - Rector of the Сompany; 1-1) determination of the term of office and early termination of the powers of the Board Chairman - Rector of the Сompany;".

Kozybayev University informs about the decision taken by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole Shareholder). Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 238 dated 05.30.2023:

1. To approve the annual financial statements of the Kozybayev University (further - the Company) for 2022.
2. The Company's net income for 2022 in the amount of 197 161 816,36 tenge (one hundred ninety seven million one hundred sixty one thousand eight hundred sixteen tenge 36 tiyn) should be left at the disposal of the Company.
3. To determine that during 2022 there were no appeals from the sole shareholder against the actions of the Company and its officials.
