December 23, 2024 

Решением Совета директоров от 23.12.2024 г. (Протокол № 13) утверждены изменения в Программу развития Общества на 2023-2029 годы (в части 2024-2029 годов).

Решением Совета директоров от 23.12.2024 г. (Протокол № 13) утверждены уточнения в План развития  НАО «СКУ им. М. Козыбаева» на 2020-2024 годы (в части 2024 года, Ид. 14-960340000702-2020-020).

Решением Совета директоров от 23.12.2024 г. (Протокол № 13) в структуре Департамента науки НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» создан Офис коммерциализации.

Решением Совета директоров от 23.12.2024 г. (Протокол № 13) утвержден Годовой аудиторский план Службы внутреннего аудита НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» на 2025 год.

В соответствии с решением Совета директоров НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» от 23.12.2024 г. (Протокол № 13) объявлен конкурс на занятие вакантной должности члена Правления по науке и инновациям НАО «СКУ им. М. Козыбаева».

December 2, 2024 

Решением Единственного акционера от 3 декабря 2024 года (приказ Министра науки и высшего образования Республики Казахстан № 543) внесены изменения и дополнения в Кодекс корпоративного управления НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева».

November 11, 2024

В соответствии с решением Совета директоров НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» от 11.11.2024 г. (Протокол № 12) члена Правления по интернационализации и международным программам НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» избран Алимханов Мансур Сансызбайулы.

Решением Совета директоров от 11.11.2024 г. (Протокол № 12) утверждены Совместный план мероприятий по вопросам противодействия коррупции Департамента Агентства Республики Казахстан по противодействию коррупции по СКО и НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» на 2024-2025 годы и План работы Антикоррупционной комплаенс-службы НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» на 2024-2025 годы.

October 24, 2024

В соответствии с решением Совета директоров НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» от 24.10.2024 г. (Протокол № 11) на должность члена Правления по развитию инфраструктуры НАО «СКУ им. М. Козыбаева» избран Байбусинов Ерболат Махметович.

Решением Совета директоров от 24.10.2024 г. (Протокол № 11) утверждена Оценка реализации Плана развития НАО «СКУ им. М. Козыбаева» на 2020-2024 годы за 2023 год.

September 13, 2024 

Решением Совета директоров от 13.09.2024 г. (Протокол № 10) досрочно прекращены полномочия Белгибаева Рашита в должности Члена Правления по операциям, трансформациям и развитию инфраструктуры НАО «СКУ им. М. Козыбаева».

В соответствии с решением Совета директоров от 13.10.2020 г. (Протокол № 10) утверждена организационная структура и штатная численность НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет имени М. Козыбаева».

В соответствии с решением Совета директоров НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» от 13.09.2024 г. (Протокол № 10) объявлен конкурс на занятие вакантных должностей:

• члена Правления по развитию инфраструктуры НАО «СКУ им. М. Козыбаева»;
• члена Правления по интернационализации и международным программам.

В соответствии с решением Совета директоров от 13.10.2020 г. (Протокол № 10) создана Антикоррупционная комплаенс-служба НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева».

Решением Единственного акционера от 08 августа 2024 года (приказ Министра науки и высшего образования Республики Казахстан № 398) утвержден Кодекс корпоративного управления НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева».

August 6, 2024 

В соответствии с решением Совета директоров НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» от 06.08.2024 г. (Протокол № 9) утвержден и размещен на официальном сайте Годовой отчет Общества за 2023 год.

В соответствии с решением Совета директоров НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» от 06.08.2024 г. (Протокол № 9) утверждена оценка деятельности Совета директоров, Комитетов и Корпоративного секретаря за 2023 год.

Решением Совета директоров от 06.08.2024 г. (Протокол № 9) утвержден отчет об исполнении Плана развития НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» на 2020-2024 за 2023 год (Ид. 14-960340000702-2020-019).

В соответствии с решением Совета директоров НАО «Северо-Казахстанский университет им. М. Козыбаева» от 25.07.2024 г. (Протокол № 8) объявлен конкурс на занятие вакантной должности члена Правления по международным программам Университета Аризоны НАО «СКУ им. М. Козыбаева».

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated 25.07.2024 (Protocol № 8), the powers of Khajimuratuly Bakhtiyar as a Member of the Management Board for International Programs of the University of Arizona of the NJSC "M. Kozybaev NKU" were prematurely terminated.

By Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 344 dated July 15, 2024, the powers of a member of the Board of Directors of the non-profit joint stock company "Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" Apergenova Renata Seitovna were prematurely terminated, Yerbol Maratovich Isakaev was appointed to the Board of Directors of the NJSC "M. Kozybayev NKU".

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated May 21, 2024 (Minutes No. 6), a report on the implementation of the Development Program (strategic development plan) of the North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev NJSC for 2023 was approved. 

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the NJSC North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev dated May 21, 2024 (Minutes No. 6), Nurpeisova Aigul Khairtaevna was elected to the position of member of the Board for Innovation and Internationalization of the NJSC North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev. 

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated May 21, 2024 (Minutes No. 6), Kanat Sagitovich Makishev was appointed head of the Internal Audit Service of NJSC North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev.

April 19, 2024 

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the NJSC "North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev" dated April 19, 2024 (Minutes No. 4), a competition was announced for the vacant position of a member of the Board for Innovation and Internationalization of the NJSC "NKU named after M. Kozybayev". 

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors dated April 19, 2024 (Minutes No. 4), a competition was announced for the position of Chairman of the Board - Rector of the North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev NJSC. 

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the NJSC "North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev" dated April 19, 2024 (Minutes No. 4), Zhikeyev Azamat Aitpaevich was elected to the position of member of the Board for educational, social issues and interaction with employers of the NJSC "NKU named after M. Kozybayev".

March 18, 2024 

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the NJSC "North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev" dated March 18, 2024 (Minutes No. 3), a competition was announced for the vacant position of a member of the Board for educational, social issues and interaction with employers of the NJSC "NKU named after M. Kozybayev".

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors dated January 23, 2024 (Minutes No. 1), a competition was announced for the position of Chairman of the Board - Rector of the North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev NJSC. 

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated January 23, 2024 (Minutes No. 1), the powers of Akmaral Turgaibekovna Turgaleeva as a member of the Board for educational, social issues and interaction with employers of NJSC “NKU named after M. Kozybayev” were prematurely terminated. 

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated January 23, 2024 (Minutes No. 1), Baytuk Galym Simbekovich was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of NJSC North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev.

NPLC M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University informs about the decision taken by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the sole shareholder).

By Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 3 dated 04.01.2024 "On some issues of the Board of Directors of the Non-profit limited company Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University", changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors of the Non-profit limited company Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University:

1. The powers of members of the Board of Directors of NPLC M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University (hereinafter - Company) Ergaliev Kuanysh Asylkhanovich, Shulanov Yerlan Nurlybekovich were terminated prematurely.
2. The quantitative composition of the Company's Board of Directors has been determined in the number of 8 (eight) members.
3. Elected to the Board of Directors of the Company:
   • Abitbekov Aybolat Serikzhanovich - Director of the International Cooperatin Department of the MSHE of the RK;
   • Apergenova Renata Seitovna - Acting Chairman of the Board - Rector of NPLC M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University;
   • Baytuk Galym Simbekovich - Higher education expert, representative of the Company's sole shareholder (by agreement).
4. The terms of office of Abitbekov Aybolat Serikzhanovich, Apergenova Renata Seitovna, Baytuk Galym Simbekovich are determined before the expiration of the term of office of the Board of Directors of the Company as a whole.
