Klara Mnaidarovna Atygaeva was born on April 21, 1952 in the city of Petropavlovsk in a teacher's family. "Teacher from God". In 1977, K.M. Atygaeva entered the graduate school of the Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Russian language teaching methods. After her graduation, Klara Mnaidarovna returned to the department. In 1988, the defense of the Ph.D. thesis “Prevention and overcoming of speech errors in Russian speech of students in grades 4-6 of the Kazakh school” was held at the Moscow Regional Order of the Red Banner of Labor of the Pedagogical Institute named after N.K. Krupskaya. In 1994, we decide the Higher Attestation Commission Atygaeva K.M. awarded the title of associate professor. Klara Mnaidarovna today is actively engaged in research in the field of the Kazakh language methodology in a Russian-speaking audience. She has published more than 50 scientific papers.

Atygaeva K.M. loves his work very much, thinks through every lesson. Even the weakest student in a short time begins to articulate his thoughts in Kazakh. Students are happy to attend her classes. The teacher strives to make each lesson interesting, developing creative activity, independence, forming key competencies. She conducts classes using an individual approach to students, patiently treating the so-called slow-thinking. Her motto is the words of A. Diesterweg: "Each student develops at his own speed". At the classes of Klara Mnaidarovna, an atmosphere of goodwill and mutual understanding reigns. Feeling a good attitude towards themselves, students respond to her the same, share their joys, sorrows, dreams and plans with her. Her former students speak with warmth and gratitude about Klara Mnaidarovna. So, Anna Leontyeva (Lomonosova) writes: “Once our course was called the “golden age in the history of the philology faculty”, we were considered smart students, but arrogant and categorical. And the young teacher girl gently gave us lessons of true wisdom. Klara Mnaidarovna always with particular tactics led the presumptuous “geniuses” to an adequate solution”.
In 1997 Atygaeva K.M. took part in the International competition "Development of critical thinking through reading and writing", announced by the Soros Foundation - Kazakhstan, and became the owner of a grant from this fund. Her contribution to the development of the university and her rich work experience have been appreciated and noted. In 1998 for special merits in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan she was awarded the badge "Excellence in Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan". In 2008 For active participation in the socio-economic and cultural development of the region, she was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the akim of the North Kazakhstan region. In 2011 her many years of work are marked by a letter of thanks from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2012 for his contribution to the development of M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University she was awarded the "Big Gold Medal".
