In 1981, she returned to her native institute, where she worked for 35 years.

Peter Kapitsa has wonderful words: "Science should be kind, fun, fascinating, just like scientists themselves." I am deeply convinced that Sautova Tokzhan Aidarkhanovna belongs to such people. The word "constancy" is for this woman defining her life as a whole. It should be noted that being a teacher has always been an honor, but being a teacher is not given to everyone. Being a teacher is a lot of work, because throughout life a teacher constantly improves and multiplies knowledge, passing it on to more than one generation of students, bearing responsibility for the future fate of his pupils and the level of their professionalism. Tokzhan Aidarkhanovna is a creator, a bright master of words, her rich biography can be considered as the quintessence of those deep human secrets that we are given to touch, but not given to know.

Tokzhan Aidarkhanovna is a whole nature, she has the depth and beauty of the human soul. We can say about her life that it is a kaleidoscope of moments of an extraordinary person. A teacher who has trained generations of Kazakhstani teachers, each of whom highly bears the honor of their teacher and school. Colleagues write about her: "Tokzhan Sautova is the author of deep scientific articles emphasizing the originality of her thinking, a high level of scientific research. She has written over 60 articles, teaching aids, textbooks. Her textbooks are used not only by students of the NKSU, but also by students of leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Her articles have been published in well-known journals, collections of articles published in the Czech Republic, Poland, Moscow, Cheboksary, Novosibirsk, Taganrog, Tolyatti, Tyumen, Omsk, Kurgan, as well as in collections of international conferences in Kazakhstan. The articles are devoted to communicative methods of teaching students the Kazakh language. Tokzhan Aidarkhanovna full of creativity and desire to constantly improve her skills. She, confirming her status with well-deserved authority, talent of the organizer, self-worth and phenomenal efficiency, became a recognized teacher of teachers for teachers of the region. The open lessons conducted by T.A. Sautova remained in the memory of the students of the courses of the Institute of Teachers Advanced Training. At the request of the leadership of this institute, she compiled a "Collection of tests in the Kazakh language for students of grades 9-11 with the actualization of regional and ethnocultural material."

For her many years of work, Tokzhan Aidarkhanovna Sautova was awarded Honorary diplomas by the rector of the University, Akim of the North Kazakhstan Region, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Her work experience is summarized and presented in the republican scientific and methodological collection "Adisteme aleminde" ("In the world of methodology" - 2008). The first methodological manuals on the Kazakh language developed by her during the period when there were not enough books on the Kazakh language for the Russian–speaking audience became a reference book for every North Kazakhstan citizen. According to her textbook "Kazakh language for an adult audience", published by the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region, Kazakh language is also studied by representatives of the Kazakh diaspora living in the border regions of the Russian Federation: in the Tyumen, Omsk, Kurgan regions. Tokzhan Aidarkhanovna, possessing the secrets of the profession, the methodology of teaching languages, uses non-standard and innovative forms of teaching in the classroom. Any of her classes is based on the cooperation of the teacher with the students, the students with each other. She conducts a class in the form of a dialogue, in which the teacher and students form a single ensemble, where both sides are interested in finding the truth. Tokzhan Aidarkhanovna considers it her duty to interest every student, which allows the student to emotionally experience and comprehend the proposed lesson material.

Tokzhan Aidarkhanovna belongs to those people who have retained optimism, faith and loyalty to the cause they are engaged in. For 28 years I have known her as a teacher and a wonderful organizer, an intelligent, sensitive person. I think I am very lucky to be with this person; she is my mentor. She is kind, sociable and responsible, enjoys respect among colleagues and students, is able to rally around herself workable and creative groups consisting of bright personalities. People are judged by their actions. Tokzhan Aidarkhanovna stood at the origins of the noble and difficult work on the revival of national culture. Love for university, friends, and pedagogical work helped a lot.
