2020 жылдың 04 қарашасында студенттерге қызмет көрсету және тіркеу орталығы Нұрбек Бекарыс Нұрбекұлына оқу орнынан 2020-2021 оқу жылында мемлекеттік жәрдемақы төлеу орталығына ұсыну үшін күндізгі оқу бөлімінің төртінші курс студенті екендігі туралы анықтама жіберді.
04 қарашада студент Нұрбек Бекарыс Нұрбекұлынан ЗТМО-ға ұсыну үшін өткен 2019-2020 оқу жылы үшін оқу орнынан анықтама беру туралы қайтадан өтініш түсті. Ректор 10.04.2019 жылы бекіткен "оқу орнынан білім алушыларға анықтама беру" СҚМУ-02 ҚТУ қызмет көрсету стандартына сәйкес, аталған қызметті көрсету мерзімі 2 жұмыс күні. 2020 жылдың 06 қарашасында студенттерге қызмет көрсету және тіркеу орталығы Нұрбек Бекарыс Нұрбекұлының 2019-2020 жылдары М. Қозыбаев атындағы Солтүстік Қазақстан мемлекеттік университетінде күндізгі бөлімнің 3-курсында оқығаны туралы анықтама береді, қызмет көрсету регламентіне сәйкес студентке жіберіледі.
