Добрый день! Серик Мауленович, я являюсь студенткой 3 курса-очного отделения. Я обращалась несколько раз за материальной помощью, так как являюсь полу- сиротой, в чем мне было отказано. Могли бы Вы помочь мне с этим вопросом?

По Вашему обращению разъясняем, что в нашей стране не существует юридического статуса «полусирота». Мы предполагаем, что Ваше семейное положение может характеризоваться как неполная семья (при наличии одного из родителей) и социальный статус - как социально уязвимая категория населения. Материальная помощь в установленном Законом порядке представителям данной категории граждан оказывается органами социальной защиты. По этому поводу Вы можете обратиться в Департамент по труду и социальной защите населения или в государственные органы социальной защиты Вашего района по месту жительства.
Выделение денежных средств для оказания благотворительной материальной помощи студентам в рамках финансовой деятельности университета не предусмотрено.
