Students master IT technologies in the agricultural sector

The teachers and students of the Agrotechnological Faculty have met with representatives of the IT company Egistic. This company is developing an online farm management system that is designed for agronomists, and farmers who want to make it easier to control their crops. Now the system is used by more than 100 agricultural enterprises in Kazakhstan with a total area of ​​more than 1,000,000 hectares. This online system can simplify many agricultural processes: crop rotation, agrochemical soil analysis, analysis of active temperatures and precipitation, weather forecast for 14 days within the radius of the farm, etc.
