Results of the DeSTT project implementation

For three years, our university participated in the DeSTT project "Development of leadership skills and training of teachers in leadership" of the international Erasmus+ program. Its coordinator, a representative of the Italian University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, Giovani Betta, said that this project is aimed at developing the competencies of teachers in the field of educational leadership. It involves 9 partner universities.

At the final scientific and practical conference, the results of the project were summed up:
- An Educational Leadership Center was opened at Kozybayev University;
– Master classes, trainings, seminars on leadership training for teachers of North Kazakhstan Region, undergraduates, as well as trainers of the NCPC "Orleu" (about 300 people) were held on the basis of the Center;
– Scientific articles were published, educational materials were compiled related manuals: "Leadership in Education", a collective monograph has been
prepared; – Training courses for undergraduates of the pedagogical direction have been developed;
– Alma mater's cooperation in the field of science and internationalization with partner universities for the DeSTT project from Italy, Spain, Poland, Mongolia, Kazakhstan has been expanded;
– Members of the project working group - teachers of the PF and IIL – have passed training at seminars held by European partners.

All activities, within the framework of the Educational Leadership Center, on the formation of leadership skills of teachers will continue further.
