A new wave in the new academic year

A regional scientific conference on the theme "The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the basis of state formation and development of the society", dedicated to the 18th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was taken place in the North-Kazakhstan State University named after Manash Kozybayev.
The conference was attended by the head of the regional department of education Sholpan Karimov, as well as teachers, students of the university and representatives of social organizations. Rector of the university,  Undasyn Ashimov congratulated the participants of the conference with the Constitution Day. He noted the importance of the basic document of the country: "The Constitution provides for the development of state and society, and contributes to a change in the sphere of public life in accordance with modern requirements."

The First deputy of the branch "Bolashak" of NDP "Nur Otan" Daniar Abutalipov reported on parties established in Kazakhstan, the Head of the Department "History and social disciplines", candidate of historical sciences Asker Abuov the regarded the Constitution as an unifying factor citizens of Kazakhstan. At the conference the teachers and students of the university have expressed a sense of civic. Thus, the beginning of the academic year gave the special wave young learners. Today they tend to get high-quality knowledge, and proceed rolling up their sleeves to the education.
