Retraining of in-demand staff is an important task for the region

Kozybayev University Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training is one of the main methodological centers of education in the region. It is working on advanced training and retraining of personnel, taking into account the specifics of the current stage of society development.

Now there are retraining courses for teachers with a higher pedagogical specialty in 10 educational programs: "Physical culture and sports", "PC and initial military training", "Kazakh language and literature", "Pedagogy and methods of primary education", "Social Pedagogy", "Chemistry", "Artistic work", "Preschool education and upbringing", "Russian language and literature", "Defectology (speech therapy)". Overall, there are 70 school teachers of North Kazakhstan region and Petropavl. Within six months, they will study trends in pedagogy, based on interactive technologies and modern techniques.

Another course on pedagogical retraining is intended for representatives of non-pedagogical specialties. Such as lawyers, economists, journalists, etc. Upon completion of the courses, they will receive certificates and will have the opportunity to teach in colleges and schools according to their bachelor's degree program. The courses are designed for 1200 hours. Training sessions are conducted online by representatives of our university's teaching staff.
